Well, just a couple of weeks to go, and I can't believe the last year has gone so quickly. Fadu's first full year and a great success... long may it continue.
I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all our menbers a very Merry Christmas and New Year... keep those shutters clicking!:D

I add my Best Wishes to everyone….. Along with a Happy New Year for 2010 (and still no TMA!)..
I shall depart for England in a few days – no computer, no clock if I can help it and certainly no work phone!!!!
Mind you it is raining hard outside at the moment, could the weather be getting me ready for UK?
David.

As Tiny Tim would say in a Christmans Carol " God bless us one and all. Sentiments that if not expressed should be understood to apply to all 365 days.

As shooting continues in New York City on Darren Aronofsky's Black Swan,
4 Dec 2009 ... Started Filming in Windsor Terrace around Sherman St and Greenwood Ave, Brooklyn, E 11th and 3rd Ave, NYC. Christ it so cold. Filming yesterday and Natalie looks suitably pissed off...and kind of hot. Well, as hot as one can look in such cold conditions. A new face British actress Janet Montgomery is the latest cast member, playing a dancer jealous of co-stars Natalie Portman's crazy mad ballerina skills. She’s not the only one. Mila Kunis also stars as Portman's bitter rival, but is she a supernatural apparition or one of Portman's delusions? There was also some indoor filming last week, which was good we all got on with the job in-hand making a movies but today all we are doing is frizzing are butts off in the streets of New York.
Got my first Christmas Card today so from one old cameraman and one young actress we both wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year to all.

Freezing on the streets of NY is bad enough but what must it have been like filming the chase of the train in French Connection on the back seat of Popeye Doyle's car wrapped in only a mattress for protection. One take and for real as I understand it. No special effects or CGI then.
Well worth the effort though. It was a great film.
