Re Replace Seals

Hello
New to the site so hope I am in the right place.
At present waiting for new seals pack from USA.
My RB67 ProS needs new seals. I have downloaded HOW TO DO IT information, but if anyone has done same and know of anything in particular, problem wise I should be on the looking out for please let me know.

I just scraped off the old gunk with anything semi-pointy.
Used a Q-Tip soaked in alcohol (not the stuff I drink) to remove the sticky residue and put the new seals in.
Done it for a few cameras now

Hi Allan,

If you are using seals from John Goodman ("interslice") his instructions include advice to make the sticky foam strips really wet before applying them (he advises putting them in your mouth!) so you can adjust their fit before they stick fast.
This really does work!

arcr1 yes kit is from John Goodman was advised he was the one to deal with.
