This is a request to Nikon owners out there.

A colleague of mine has some Nikon Kit to sell but has no idea of its value. I have had a look on Ebay and come up with some average figures but I would welcome additional insights from forum members.

NOTE - I AM NOT TOUTING FOR SALES.

The kit is as follows and all appears to be in very good condition.

Nikon F90X with MB10 grip
Nikon 35- 105 AF zoom lens
Nikon 28-70 AF zoom lens
Nikon 100-300 AF zoom lens (designated ED)
Nikon SB26 flash
Billingham bag (we think its a 225)

All lenses come with Hoya Skylight filters.

Any thoughts from Nikon owners (or anyone for that matter) would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Adrian

What a coincidence. Whilst having a tea-time pint today a friend popped into the pub to ask me what could he expect to get for his
F90 with battery grip.
I had no idea.

Look at commercial sites such as Ffordes (https://secure.ffordes.com/index.htm) for guide selling prices. Keep in mind that they retain a 20% commission if the items are sold that way, but they will also buy in goods if you require an immediate sale.

Aperture is also a good place to sorce prices.

I've got an N90S (US model number for F90X). No MB10, but it does have an MF-26 data back. Bought from www.keh.com 2-3 years ago, rated BGN on their system - cosmetically scratched and scuffed but 100% functional. Cost was US $49 (~£25 at the time), but ended up around the £50-60 mark including international shipping, VAT, and the £8 charge the Royal Mail make for collecting the VAT. That was a still a bit cheaper than I could find one for in the UK.
