Sadly it looks like I'm going to have no room for my Focomat V35 in the darkroom as I'm going to put a 504 on the wall...

So does anybody want to buy it?

It's in really excellent condition - 'mint' even - and is the colour module version with wide angle Focotar. It has the Focometer and footswitch as well. Neg carrier is the AN glass one and there is also a slide carrier accessory. It has the 13 139 lamp, but the old diffuser box - suited me but others may prefer the later one with more even illumination.
Instructions and brochure too, and a couple of books -'Leica darkroom practice' and 'make your own enlargements - the easy way'. these are all about using the V35.
It also has the cover.

£400 and, depending on where to... I'll deliver, or at least meet half way

Xpres,
Do think about keeping it as there is nothing better than the V35 for 35mm. The negative stage is much more accurate than the 504 and this matters with the small negative.

I know, I don't really want to part with it, but if I keep it it'll spend most of the time in the cupboard and I'll have to set it up every time I use it... so the 504 can't be that bad, and I have the Durst too.

If I had £400 and lived closer, I'd take it off you just to look at! They're beautiful machines. You should hang onto it . . .they're not making them any more, and you never know, somewhere down the line . . .

Maybe £400 is too much... Anyone interested at £350?

You could sell it to SDS for that! Paul would sell it for about £500 without the lens.
Wish I could take it off you.

And another £200 for the timer etc. So a bargain! Maybe I'll get rid of a 1200 instead...

How far away are you Phil?

OK, I'm going to make space for the Leitz and keep the thing.
Which means an L1200 will have to go...

Good decision. ;)

Being able to use more than one enlarger in the darkroom can be very useful.

There'll be three... but with some 'hot desking' going on.;)

I've now put some bits of a 1200 and the Omega on ebay here. (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=300531333271&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT)

I think I mentioned in response to an earlier discussion on enlargers that I have a V35 which is seeing no use because I prefer my 60 year old Focomat 1C.
