This was bought as a christmas present years ago (2003)
This is a heavy hardback with over 400 pages of his best photos from
his travels around the world, including some personal photos and drawings
It also tells you about his life and is a must for anyone who is a Hcb fan.
Just buy it as the book speaks for it,s self

I agree Paddy, I have read it from cover to cover enjoyed every picture at lenght.
As you point out it is a heavy volume made my arms several inches long by the time I had finshed it. I can now reach the top shelf with out standing on tip toe :D:D:D

Hi mitch
I got it out last night for a read (with a forklift truck), and thought how
lucky he was to just travel worldwide and take photos, i bet his passport pages were full. (if i win the lottery thats what i want to do)
I enjoyed the ones he took in the states and russia, because in them days
there was no internet or tv, so he was sort of like a one man national
geographic showing how other people live in different countries
Deffo a brilliant coffee table book (if it can take the weight that is).:D
