Any Ideas ?

Have come across this on my travels across the internet, it claims to be a Mamiya 6x9 camera.

But it just looks odd to me, where is the view finder or do you take off the film back ? Where is the shutter release ? Anyone seen one of these or know what it is ?

Any thoughts at all would be welcome, as curiosity has certainly got the better of me

that is a Mamiya 6x9 film holder
but the rest looks like an adaptor to fit the thing on a telescope or microscope

what other information do you have

Looks like some of it started life as a Mamiya "Press" camera?

I've seen cameras like that where the 6x9 back had been milled out to create a 6x12 camera.
