Hi all, I am based in Scotland, Oban on the west coast. I shoot mainly 5x4 colour though I have an old Kodak D2 I shoot halflate with, not as often as I would like due to no space for a darkroom, even contact printing, which is what I am interested in for Mono work.
I am hopefully moving into a new studio/printing space in the next few months however so I expect to have lots of random questions about Kallitypes and P&P printing.

Great to see another good photo website dedicated to the art of photography rather than just the "toys" we use.

Hi and welcome from a Scotsman who secretly likes Northamptonshire villages and churches too much to ever go home - well probably as they say in the Danish lager advert. Oh and that's here in Northampton as well.

Welcome Gari, I hope all goes well in getting a darkroom, such 'magical' places.

You can get by without one with some of the alternative processes, you may find a dark/low light area is all you need?
