speedring

has anybody here got a universal speedring on there flashes, all i need to know is the internal width without the adaptor please

Are you talking about a ring flash that attaches to a lens filter thread with an adapter ?

sorry john i diden,t explain very well ,its the bracket that fits on a softbox that takes an adaptor to fits on to a studio flash ,i have some old courtenay solaflashes and they are big lumps and i want to use some softboxes on them ...

I have some of those flashes under the bed and my speed ring just clamped to the outside very different to my bowens I will have a look and see if I can find it
