Shot at about 6:00 am before the crowds appeared. This structure seems to have been used for a number of things including at one time a Gypsy Fortune Tellers 'tent'. Inspired by a shot of George Tice's.

Seems to suit the deserted scene which gives it impact. I must have seen this shop in 2008 when there but on a crowded summer's afternoon it escaped me. Usually a slightly quirky building stamps itself on my memory but maybe it's was just too crowded later in the day.

Bill as soon as I saw this it reminded me of George Tice's shot when it was a fortune tellers kiosk from his book, "Stone Walls, Grey Skies". His work inspires me too Smile

Thanks for the comment Mike. Later in the day it was covered in beach paraphernalia and surrounded by people. Not a good shot.

That's the book Trevor. I saw his exhibition in Bradford and some of the images were magnificent, especially the shot of the Alhambra at night.

I received your print Bill I am glad to say. As always on screen is not as good as the real thing. An excellent print of an unusual building which I enjoyed.
