Graeme, it is quite a bridge and well worth a picture. Has a nice warm look to it. Is this the scanner as I have never managed to get any warmth with the MG paper and MG dev combo?

Thanks

Mike

Yes, I've also got the picture on my screen with a slight warm sepia tone to it. Suits the photo very well = even if it has been introduced by the scanner!

I have found that if your print is MG WT developed in WT developer and you scan it as a colour print you will retain the warm tone cast in it.
Nice composition and capture by the way.

I have the print in my hand and it is not as warm in tone as the scan. It is printed on Ilford Multigrade paper with no mention of warm tone.

Nice to see a detail shot of this iconic location. Great curves and lovely crisp shadows.

Thanks for the interest and comments gents. Bill is correct, the print is on normal MG1V paper in multigrade developer, warmth must come from scanner/monitor combinations - come to think of it I'm sure I had a print last year which scanned warm - that settles it, it's my scanner! Given the comments I might reprint on WT papers etc!
