The sky looks rather blotchy, and overall a bit too contrasty - sorry, not a very good attempt at scanning it.

Your comments made me look more closely and there is a hint of blotchiness but I don't think I'd have spotted it otherwise. The sky contrast looks OK


It's a spectacular shot and it is this that comes through despite the scan which I think is better than you are giving yourself credit for.


Some prints are good at a variety of sizes but I think this is a case for a big print on a wall.

Thanks people - i've cropped a fair bit to get this composition from the 6*6, so I can actually have more mountains to the right of the frame, but the foreground suffers from some roads and houses if I add too much more to the bottom. I may try a more panoramic framing for a bigger print.
