Peter I suspect that the shadows were very dark indeed and all detail would have been easily lost. Were you able to capture the detail with box speed and normal development or was did this require the overexpose and underdevelop routine?

Vincent and Rob, thanks for your encouraging remarks.


Mike, that's what i like about Neopan400 with Xtol. This is box speed (and possibly a tiny bit of over-development but that's not of importance). Have been using Delta400 for ages but it never really gave me the results I wanted, too dull and it won't push with any of my developers : ID11, Xtol, Prescysol EF. It's only such a shame one can't get Neopan400 in 120 format.

I agree. I had wanted to try it in 120 but in disappeared from Fuji's stock before i could get round to it
