Well, here are Domingo's and my versions of his negative for Round 4 of the neg exchange at last. Smile

I have laid them out to be as close to the originals = with his having a thin border, whilst mine had a larger one. It is only now that I notice that one of my easel arms is a little wonky, leaving the bottom of the print on a squint! Must sort that out. Sad

Shot in December 2011, Domingo used a Zenzanon f3.5 150mm lens with a Lee red filter. Exposure was 4 seconds at f22. No mention of camera from Domingo I'm afraid.

Film was Ilford Pan F+ (expired), producing a 6 x 4.5 neg. Developed in Barry Thornton two bath developer at 5 mins and 4 mins (???).

Print made on Fomabrom III paper with (home-made) Defender 55D developer.

Mine was printed on Ilford Art 300 paper with Ilford chemicals. It was a nice neg to print, with overall exposure made on grade 2 1/2, with dodging of the two main rocks for half of the exposure and the sky was burnt in for an extra half of the exposure with a grade 1 filter. (I don't know about anyone else, but I never go below grade 1 on any print as I just find it TOO grey and muddy...?)

Both prints are totally different in style which is always interesting to compare alongside each other.

I was very happy with how my version turned out, which Domingo was very happy to receive.

A most enjoyable round! Smile

Both are very nice interpretations of the same negative.

And I really can't choose between them as they both seem to very much suit the treatment they've been given.
