I like the way that the majority of the picture is of darker tones, which then makes the guy in his whites grab our attention.

Thanks for the comment, I don't record aperture/shutter speeds, it was probably around 1/15 second at F4 - given how still the chef is it might have been 1/30th. I find I can hold rangefinders really still - it's then just waiting for a pause in the action to shoot. Hope this helps.
