I've had a good look at this one and still can't quite get my head /eyes around it...

Only after looking up Jerry Uelsmann, I realise that this may be a montage...? If so, it is very well done. If not, can you explain to me if it is the right way up etc?

It is "the right way up" and no photoshop trickery involved - I'll give time for a few more comments and then post a "how it was done" next month.
