The boat perfectly placed to balance the larger land mass on left. Your format suits the image & I am sure that the reason was well justified. I think there is everything there I would want in a photo & nothing to distract from a gentle peaceful scene.

Panoramics can be tricky to get right, the subject really suits it here though. The boat in the foreground really makes it special, too.
