Negative made around noon in early September so the sun was quite strong, quite difficult to handle. I made several attempts in printing this and the version that I like most is this - maybe it is not “perfect” according to books/rules - there maybe should be more detail in the highlights (I’ve tried that as well) - but for me this rendition represents better what I have seen - the hot blazing sun...

I agree with Vincent about the toning. It is is perfect for the subject. Surely rules are for breaking.
