Taken on a recent weekend away to Wales with the camera club.It was on the Llamberis Road A4086 and it was the driver who spotted it first. On inspection I recognized the site as one that I had photographed before in 1997.

Much photographed. The owner who still works there has a reputation for chasing people away who stop to take a photograph - unless they speak Welsh. You appear to have got away with it!

Really like this one Vincent. It was built to be photographed on Infra-red film.


Like others, upon first looking, I would have swore that it was somewhere in the USA. Finding out it to be Wales was a real eye-opener! :D


I would loved to have been the recipient of this picture.... Maybe next time. Sad

I had the chance to show it around during a meeting of my local photo group and the print earned big eyes and many compliments.
