This used to be a fish meal factory and not always pleasant to be too near. But now there are plans to convert it into a gallery space for artists and a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor.

With all those big windows it look like just the right building for a gallery, it will certainly smell more pleasant, I like the sky in this photo.
