I really like this, Fran. It's a deceptively simple scene with great composition and texture in the foreground. IR renders familiar objects, like the wooden fence post, with a subtly different appearance. I think it affects the quality of the shadows, giving a softness to the lighting. I also like the square format.

As the lucky recipient of this print the original has incredibly subtle tones, very nicely printed. A simple composition well executed. Thanks

Thanks for the kind words guys. I used rodinal, 50:1, 20deg c, 11 mins, gentle end over end agitation each minute. 11 mins is a little longer than the 10 recommended by massive development chart, but I had a timer set for that so laziness prevailed.
I've had stronger IR effect from SFX200, but it still is pleasing. I just love that it works (to an extent) as IR, but its also a superb regular film. So you can just shoot away on the one roll and get both.
