This is the result of my first attempt at lith printing. After the two initial prints were rather unconvincing (developer was too dilute and probably too "young"), this is the third print I made and I'm really happy with it.

I got the paper along with some other (yet untried) old Ilford and Kodak paper when I was getting my enlarger last year. I had almost thrown it away when it came out flat and blotchy with regular developer. Really glad I've kept it! :-)

Wonderful photo and great use of shallow depth of field.

It deserves to be framed and hanging on your wall.

Hi Marcus,

I well understand why you are happy with this one. A real gem, a classic and classy.

This is a great picture, Marcus. I don't know anything about the lith process, but the overall look you have achieved suits the subject very well. I have been thinking of visiting Lisbon for some time, and your picture has convinced me I should go.
Alex.

Thank you so much Frank, Mike, Alex and Mitch!

Mike, I've found in the meantime that other negatives are quite a bit harder to get good prints from... Smile

Alex, lith printing is enormous fun. Same goes for Lisbon, I've been there almost 5 times in the last 3 years.
