Thanks, Richard. The weather went downhill rapidly after this shot was taken. We made it to the lighthouse just in time.

I also like the big area of interest bottom left: it leads my eye in and I keep coming back to it. The rest of the composition is a treat, of course.

The image has a very nice depth, as there is something interesting from foreground to background. Possibly I would have liked to have a tad more space over the lighthouse, by stepping a bit back in order to keep the flowers in the foreground. But then the reflection would likely not have worked so nicely.

Thanks, Mitch. The cloudy weather made it easier to control the contrast in a scene which would have looked very different in strong sun. If only we could have avoided the downpour that followed!
