These 2 marker buoys were just tied to a railing, usually you will see them with the ropes attached, but these 2 were just tied there, and looked as if they had seen a lot of use

At first look I thought that they were a pair of recently dug up beetroots. Smile


But yes, it's a shame when scans don't show actual prints at their best.

I like the low viewpoint, and isolation of the subject. I can see the resemblance to Beetroot, having photographed some recently. Its a nice detail of the coast.

I thought at first glance they were beets. I think that the wonderful tone of the image added to the impression. Nicely done
