A visit to Glasgow with my Horrizon Panoramic produced this. I picked it for this round partly because we seem to have a couple of proud new owners on the forum; this was taken hand-held on HP5 at EI 200.
I titled it Wet day in Glasgow', but of course that could read' A normal day in Glasgow'.

Hi Colin,
Love this one, as good as it can get. The statue on the left, the approaching woman on the right and wonderful pose of the man in the centre. The coloumns do also a great job. Really well composed and used the format to the max. Plus something very rare like rain in Glasgow! :-)
Cheers, Frank

Great image, and not the normal one from this location. I’m a bit concerned about the statue. Where is the traffic cone?

Love this pic Skellum = it really does use the panoramic format really well, as mentioned by PanFrank. Smile

It is also lacking in any curvature in the picture = something a few of my test pics have with abundance! Smile

I hope to print up some of my first test roll(s) soon, to send out, as at the moment I am really just trying the camera out and doing developer time tests with ID11, which I haven't used since college = decades(!) ago now.

HI Alex. When I sent this to Mike I actually old him there was usually a cone perched on top. If I'd had one with me perhaps I could have put things right.

Terry- you'll soon master the trick of composing the image, checking the bubble for level, then flipping your attention between the two just before you release the shutter.
When I get home I'll post another image taken moments later. It's a vertical composition, with the camera tilted just slightly upwards. Wait 'til you see the bending it produces.
