I love the angle of view, and the haze which adds a nice depth to the background. The contrast of the dark area in front of the ruin adds to the feeling of depth.

Thank you very much for your comment, Alex. This was exactly my intention. I could have changed the mood, for instance by burning the background. But many times I just keep a print as straight as possible to simply show how the view was, when I made the photo. By the way, Burkheim is just a few miles north of Breisach, which is shown on the other image for round 114. It is really a beautiful area.
