I'm not a landscaper, in general, Rob, but, I do like your picture very much.
The composition works well and I like the overall tone of it, which I presume is down to using warmtone paper and warmtone developer?
And is this a good scan of your print, as it looks good on my screen?
I think your little compact has done you proud!

This just appeals to me
Not sure what time of year this was taken, maybe it's all to do with the warmtone, but to me it just says autumn.

I sometimes see very stark, dramatic trees like this one, but they are never in good locations. This is perfect, and the atmosphere at this time of day really helps create a great image.
