Two prints on the same paper, same developer and same toner where only the amount of bleaching differed (and then, not by much). Uses a thiourea (thiocarbamide) based sepia with potassium carbonate instead of the more usual sodium hydroxide activator which seems to give a richer brown on the MGIV FB (but I have yet to compare like with like directly so that may be my imagination).

Hopefully I have managed to figure out how to make scans with the correct colour balance now using image editing software that can adjust colour balance if you tell it what bit is supposed to be white/neutral...

This print looks great, Bob. You have really captured the atmosphere of the location. The toning suits the image very well.

Another fine print, subtle yet bold and the colour is lovely, works well

Thanks guys - I think the colour looks better in the print - this may be a little low on contrast, but that depends a lot on monitors I guess... I have another print from this location that I like, of a close-up on the main part of the waterfall, but that one is crying out for a cooler tone to me but gold toner is way too expensive these days Sad so I'll have to find another way...

Nice movement in the water and the larger image brings me closer to the falls and the details.
