This is an excellent composition. Proof? It works as well when you turn it by 90° or whatever direction!
Thanks again, Frank

I've just realised those are legs dangling off that wheel. Great angle you took it from.

Great shot. I like the perspective.

Thanks for the comments guys!
It was the last shot I took that day, and after being told not to take any more pictures inside of the park, I took this outside the perimeter, shooting upwards, with the fencing in the foreground.
I think it was the best shot of the day, although with a bit of sun flair in the lens, what with the sun being so low in the sky, I had to crop the negative quite a bit, but I think this has added a bit more impact to the shot.

And yes TonyMiller, they are legs you can see!
It's hard to imagine whilst looking at the picture, but the part holding the people goes right through 360 degrees, holding them upside down for what must feel like an eternity, at about 20 to 30 feet (at least) off the ground.
No way would you catch me on anything like this today.

Hi Terry,
This is another image I've had to come back to several times to understand it before commenting. The most obvious feature is the big letter Z made by the arms of the ride and the fence, but I think what makes it is the detail: the little spikes on the fence are echoed by the spikes (ladder?) running up the arm of the ride then finally the legs of the people. The light is also fabulous, coming somehow upwards from the lower part of the frame.
Good work!

Thanks for the comments Skellum. Always appreciated!
As for the things that you mention, it was, as is in a lot of photographic prints, I believe, to be a matter of having a skill set along with a good pinch of luck. Sometimes in equal measure!
