Uwe, very good. I've tried things like this and keeping control of the reflections on the chrome istricky. This is both perfectly exposed and really well printed.
Also, what paper is this? It could be down to the scanning of course but it is a beautiful colour.

Film and paper both perfectly exposed. Such a lot of lovely detail brought out by the full range of tones.

This looks really nice. Shadows and highlights well under control, also in the background.
Plus, I like old cars as well... Smile

I used Foma warmtone paper for that print.

Very lovely. The colour reminds me of Ilford warmtone FB, which for a long time was the only paper I used. I've been trying some others recently just in case I had fallen into a rut, but looking at this reminds me how beautiful the Warm tone papers can be.
Thanks.

Such a nice front deserves a frontal approach. Very fine print, as usual, Uwe.

Some great reflections.

Lovely shot.

Isn't it a pre WWII Mercedes ?

Been looking at this for a few days Martin.
Bonnet mascot looks like Rolls Royce spirit of Ecstacy, but side exhausts aren't Rolls. It has modern tyres, the thickness of windscreen surround looks modern (roll-over strength) and I'd query the bumper and indicators. I wonder if this is relatively modern but with the vintage look, rather like a Morgan.
See here- subtly different.

Looks like a great print, Uwe. There used to be a car like this in Glasgow. It was a ‘modern’ creation, and was used for Weddings, etc. it had a fancy alarm that told people to back off, if they touched it.
Alex.

Well, they'd need it in Glasgow. Every time you parked it you'd come back to folk taking pictures of their children perched on the bonnet!
