A good scan here Alex, matching the print very well. Smile It's just a shame that others can't hold the FB matt print that I have, to get the full experience.


And as said in my comments for this months PE, the shot was made with netting over the lens, so yes people, the print is in focus! Smile

The soft focus effect had me fooled for a bit, thinking it was a double exposure. Ofcourse this is comlpletely on me, as I've never been to Glasgow and have never seen the scene in real life.


The side-light gives the image a great sense of depth. Well done!

Same here, also thought it is a double exposure first. Therefore well chosen subject at that time of day and well done. Very interesting, say half abstract. Whatever this may be. :-)

Thanks Sebastiaan, Frank and Martin. I tried quite a few techniques for soft focus on urban and landscape scenes. It can look quite interesting with the right subject.
