Hello, Mick.
Nice picture and vintage effect. Very interesting technique. Was the mist part of the original composition or is it a side effect of the printing process?
Cheers, Marty.

Watcha Marty,
thanks.
I deliberately went out on a misty day to get pics like this, mist is my favourite, followed very closely by frost, then autumn.

Lovely image, Mick. I've always wanted to try POP, but I guess I never will now.
This also brings back happy memories - I used to play here a lot when I was a kid. I once paddled from here to Roydon on a lump of old polystyrene!

An interesting technique; something to try when I'm next in a darkroom.

Sounds complex to do but the end result is really nice.

Thanks All,
Rob, you can use any photographic paper as POP, Centenial was just very slow with lots of silver, I think single grade paper is probably the best, but there can be some unusual results from multi grade. You can still roll down the river to Roydon but you have to dodge the narrow boats:-)

Thanks Richard,
you did mean Joe Bloggs Sutcliffe with the digi compact, you couldn't possibly have meant Frank Meadow Sutcliffe, he had more art in his left little toenail than I ever will have.
