Contact on to Maco Genius 5x4 from Ilford FP4, pos enlarged on to ADOX 10x8 Paper Film, resulting neg contacted to Kentmere Select using a 150 watt enlarging bulb in an office lamp holder about 1 1/2 secs

That's an interesting workflow Mick. Why did yoy elect to enlarge on to the Adox paper rather than a larger sheet of Maco; was it availability or a specific reason?

Watcha Dave, it's cheaper to contact on to 5x4 Maco and then enlarge the pos on to ADOX to get the large neg for contacting. The best way to do it though is with a 10x8 camera:-)
