You have caught this for prosperity if the mudflats are now submerged. I should imagine there was some local opposition - especially from the twitchers. Well done on getting it recorded.

Yes, there was quite a bit of opposition, but it was part of the whole regeneration thing for Cardiff and nothing was going to stop it going ahead.
