It is like the ones I have seen in Canada but there they are in a better state of repair.

That's a nice photo Stan. I've seen many of these simple outhouses attached to abandoned farmhouses or huts in the high country. And of course you would be familiar with their legendary occupants - the redback spider! Always check before you sit down!

In Aussie summers and when in use, they must have been easy to find even when highly camouflaged!


They were bad enough in Northern Scotland in summer where a heatwave ressembles an Aussie winter and a very cold one at that!
