A nice people image with a suitable toning treatment. A slight trim off the top would concentrate your view on to the faces, which are the main-stay of this image.

Yes you are rigth, but in this way i can keep the format of the picture and get all the faces even the last by the left side. The real problem in this photo is the terrible sun behind the ladies...
