Nice shot, Mike. Is the structure in the foreground a defensive tower? I have been meaning to visit the Isles for some time, and this has put them back in mind.

I like the composition of the shot Mike with the diagonal going bottom right to top left, the tower then the island in the middle and then the high ground in the distance.

The structure is 'Cromwell's Castle' to keep the marauding Dutch at bay after the Civil War.


Well worth a visit with a small ferry service between the islands.
