Greetings
Hello there , i am new to this forum and to film photography in general although i have been lurking in the world of digital photography for the last twenty odd years. My principle is a very old Olympus OM1-n paired with a 50mm zuiko f1.8 and i am hoping to expand on that soon. I have just completed adapting a 150 year old victorian outbuilding into my darkroom on the farm i live on in the Fens in Cambridgeshire UK . I have just aquired a Durst m670 BW enlarger and am starting to make my own prints and am happy with the early results. many technical questions to follow no doubt , but all i will say at the moment is that i wish i had done this many years sooner .

Welcome to the dark side!
I find the hands-on practicality of working in the darkroom and producing a physical end-product is what I enjoy most. You can't go far wrong with the Olympus and a few lenses :) Ask away if there is anything you want to know. Have fun! |
Welcome to FADU Jev(?)

Welcome to FADU :)
There are quite a few OM users on here - so you are in good (or bad ;)) company Hopefully you find us a friendly lot. Remember - there are no stupid or trivial questions - we all started somewhere at some point. Martin |
Hi and welcome to fadu.

Welcome to FADU You have all the main things needed, namely a good camera and what sounds like a superb darkroom
I hope we can help on any matters that arise with film and darkroom work Mike |
Welcome!
Fellow Olympus shooter here, who's still quite the novice in the darkroom as well. The OM-1(n) and 50mm f/1.8 is a great combo which I also enjoy a lot! |
Welcome Jev :)
