The purpose of the fence extending into the water is to prevent live stock
swimming / wading around the fence to feed off the adjacent pasture.

IIRC - For HC110 the minimum amount of stock...
IIRC - For HC110 the minimum amount of stock solution (syrup) required for each film is 6ml. I read this somewhere many years ago and it's what I've always kept to with nerarly 40 years of use now....

Heat popping the neg can be a problem but usually only with long exposures. Also Agfa paper has been gone for a long while now...
