I too have a durst UT100 which has the advantage...
I too have a durst UT100 which has the advantage of packing up small as I process m film in the kitchen so once the film is dry I can pack it away for next time. I don't use the heat settings either....

I tend to put down most of the info that Trevor puts down. I have sheets printed out on A4 paper with boxes to show dodging and burning at each stage so to be able to repeat or move forward logically...
