I dry my films in the bathroom, hung from a shower rail, this I suppose may be a bit chilly now but in a house with a dog and two children it's the most dust free.

Well I tried washing a film after the stabilizer with Ilfotol and the results are the same if not worse. I've ordered some distilled water and that will be my last try, getting a bit disheartened...
