Marty, yes I agree; the anecdotal text in Elements is very interesting. And I am forever grateful to him for pointing out the excellent qualities of Perceptol when diluted to 1+2 or 1+3.

This is very good advice. ID11 at a dilution of 1 part developer to 2 parts water gives excellent results. Ilfosol 3 is also very good.
