Hi Kay, my condolences.
Very few folk have a dry mount press in order to make good use of the tissue and given the amount and size, it has little value. If I were you, just give it away to someone local who will give it a good home.
Your father must have been quite a serious photographer in his day if he went to the lengths of dry mounting his prints. I'm sure he'd be pleased to know that someone was enjoying the hobby as much as he did.
