No bad thing- with a completely new system it's probably worth spending time with just one lens to get a feel for the basic operation of the camera itself. The great thing about fim cameras is how much they have in common; with luck you'll take to it in no time.
I love the square format, mostly in a Mamiya. The majority of my photographs are split between the 55 and 80 lenses. The 135 is used a lot less and, the 250 is only a very occasional choice- don't worry too much about the choices available for the Bronica, choice seems more than ample to me.
