Terry, it's perhaps hard to say without knowing the original scene, although where I consider maximum black with a negative print, the same could be said of maximum white with a positive print.
The print appears to lack contrast through out, which seems a little odd considering both the light conditions and the DPP's contrast rich characteristics.
And I'm not familiar with this developer but in my own, admittedly limited experience, I found the paper very developer intensive; meaning the paper exhausts (even fresh) developer much more quickly than regular photo paper.
Ian, is there anyway of doing a kind of test strip with the exposures?
