I have just tried and managed to delete some spare messages. I ticked the box at the RH side of the message in the list, then went to the bottom of that page at the Selected Messages section, scrolled down and hit the delete button. That seemed to work. I have also tried my Profile. I went to the Edit my details, modified my details, scrolled to the bottom of the page and clicked Save. It appeared to work.
Is it a cookie issue and deleting them may help?
