I have a Durst DES 100 CA, the one on the right image in your post. That one is for analysing colour negatives for printing. Not heard of the one on the left but I think that DES100 was a generic name for a family of Durst products. I have the instructions for the CA version if I can get my scanner to run but my skill will only give you them as a series of jpegs of the pages.
