Default Michael Kenna Video and Articles

Very interesting 20 minute video on Michael Kenna's site:
http://www.michaelkenna.net/interviews/hokkaido_j.html

Copies of some published articles at: http://www.michaelkenna.net/interviews.php

His accent sounds quite odd these days.

Thank you for that, Bob: I've bookmarked it for later.

Thanks for the video link Bob, very absorbing, especially as I have the book; a lucky eBay purchase.

Just found this video by a different route (missed the posting here...) and thought it worth bumping up in the listings again as it really is beautifully done.

I know there are a lot of Kenna fans here (myself included) and this really is worth seeing as an insight into the way this photographer works.

I don't have the Hokkaido book, but saw some of the prints from the series at his Banbury retrospective in 2007.

Anyone know what paper Michael kenna uses for his final prints. I understand its Iford multigrad, but is it FB or RC. I know he uses RC for all his working stuff, all neutrally toned

I saw an exhibition of his a while ago and was convinced that it was printed on R/C paper.
