Default Hello from Cambridgeshire

Hi All,

Just to introduce myself, I'm an IT Manager from the Cambridge area, and I've spent the last year or so getting back into film and wet printing as a bit of a respite from using computers all day long.

I usually use a Nikon FM and assorted Nikkors, and I've been experimenting with Fuji Neopan 400 in ID-11 - Initially scanning the negs, but more recently using my rather cramped shower room to print using a Durst M307 BW.

I like the FADU site a lot - you seem a really nice bunch of people, and it's inspiring to see that some of the best film practitioners in the UK at the moment are prepared to share their knowledge...

Andrew

Hi Andrew, and welcome from just outside Cambridge.

Like you, film and the darkroom get me away from in front of a computer screen in my free time.

Welcome aboard Andrew - getting into the dark does make a nice change from all that time in front of the computer!

Enjoy! Bob.
