Hi Bruce and welcome aboard. I do most of my street stuff in Edinburgh. I was in Dundee a couple of months ago and managed a couple of shots but Edinburgh is my chosen venue. It's so unpredictable, as most cities are I guess. The V35 is great for 35mm. Apparantly my V35 used to belong to the Glasgow Herald.

I love Edinburgh for street photography, too. There are far more possibilities than in Dundee. I find it quite difficult taking photographs in the place where I grew up. I'm always waiting to bump into someone I know who'll be thinking, "what the hell is he doing"! My favourite place is Paris, though, where I can walk around all day with a camera and nobody gives me a second glance.

I've attached a few pics from my last photographic trip to Edinburgh a couple of years ago. They were taken on a Pentax MZ5N with a 40mm lens and Tri-X rated at 1250 ISO and developed in Diafine.
