Default Gnome enlarger for sale...

NO, not for making bigger Gnomes, but on of those Welsh ones from the sixties.
A friend has discovered it in her loft. It's got a universal carrier up to 6x9 and seems to be complete apart from the baseboard. There is also a 35mm head, a vintage looking timer and a Kodak safelight with a couple of filters. The only lenses, though, are a minolta 50/4 and a 2in wray.
A very cheap way for someone to get into 6x9?
If anyone is interested I will check it out further and make sure it all works.
I'm not sure if there is much value to these so maybe 20.
Can be posted or collected.
She also has a couple of 10x8 dryers, some chrome glazing plates and a small guillotine.

I'd be interested if it all works... and even if it doesn't to be honest. Where would it need to be picked up from?

The enlarger is in Stansted. I only had a quick look at it this morning but I can go and have a closer look and put it together.
She's going to put the dryers, plates and guillotine on ebay, but you could make an offer if you like.

Well as I've said to a few people selling things, I don't have the space until my darkroom is complete... so if it is still available in a month or so (I hope) I'll make an offer, but if someone else wants don't hold onto it for me.

OK Theo, I fear it'll be gone for auction by then though, she wants it cleared.

I bought a Gnome universal at a car boot sale about 3 years ago; bought out of interest more than as a user as I remember my Dad having one - price I paid:P 1.50
